Shipping policy

Orders that are submitted during business hours before 1:00pm CST are processed the same day and typically ship within 1-2 business days.

Your shipping quote will be verified by our sales team for accuracy before your order is fully billed, if there is a change to the freight amount other than what was quoted at checkout we will contact you to verify the updated total before processing your order.

LTL Freight Shipments that are quoted through the online checkout must be shipped to a commercially zoned address with a forklift available.

YOU MUST THOROUGHLY INSPECT YOUR SHIPMENT FOR DAMAGES BEFORE SIGNING FOR LTL FREIGHT DELIVERIES.

If your shipment is damaged in transit rest assured, we can get the problem corrected right away! You must complete the following steps for any parts on your order that are shipped LTL Freight in order for us to provide you with a replacement or a credit for the damages!

The damage must be notated on the Bill of Lading delivery receipt from the freight carrier before signing for the shipment.
Make a copy of the signed Bill of Lading notated with damages.
Take pictures of the damage and packaging then submit them, along with the signed Bill of Lading to info@goliathtruckparts.com.

If you do not notate the damages then the LTL freight carrier will not cover the costs to replace or repair the damages and we will not be able to issue any credits, so please be sure to inspect your Freight deliveries!
